AEA Learning Online's courses for the current month can be viewed below. To see courses that are being offered in upcoming months click on the         next to the month.

 

To learn more about the course or register for it click on the number to the left of the course name. You will be asked to login to the system.

  • Your login information is the same email/password used when logging into the AEA Learning System (Mandatory Reporter, self-paced classes, etc.)

  • Participants creating new accounts will not be able to view courses for a full business day.

  • If you experience issues with the log in process, please contact schristensen@heartlandaea.org.

Transcripts for classess that ended prior to June 1, 2019.

To obtain an official transcript for all courses that ended prior to June 1, 2019 you will need to visit the system found here.

 

How do I search for a course?

  • Login and click on 'Courses' in the top bar

  • You will have the option to Search, Show All, or Advanced Search

  • To view courses offered by AEA Learning Online, click on Search - then refine by selecting AEA Learning Online under AEA on the left side bar. (All AEA Learning Online Courses will have the letters 'LO' before or following the course number)

 

How do I pay for a course?

  • The new registration system accepts two forms of payment: Purchase Orders and Credit Cards

  • To pay with check or money order please complete and mail in this printable registration form with payment

  • Please email Shelley Christensen at schristensen@heartlandaea.org if you need assistance

About AEAs

Iowa's Area Education Agencies (AEAs) were created in 1974 by the Iowa legislature to ensure equal educational opportunities for all children from birth through age 21. As regional service agencies, AEAs provide special education and school improvement services for students, families, teachers, administrators, and their communities.
